When Carmi wrote that this week's theme was prompted by the approach of spring, I just started thinking SPRING!!!
So, maybe this is not exactly "floral", I was thinking more "Spring flowers".... Ithink you'll understand and maybe forgive me!
This is how my back yard will look in about a month! My Redbud tree is very beautiful, and a real harbinger of Spring. The flowers are actually purple, so I don't know why it's called a Redbud!

ReplyDeleteMy eastern red bud hasn't popped yet -- it has been slowly recovering from a very bad freeze - five years ago. But, I think maybe tomorrow? I can see the rosy glow in the buds.
