After my gain last Tuesday, Wednesday i went back to flex. I felt like I was possibly overeating on core, without portioning or counting. The scale looked like it went down on Friday, but since is back up. I definately am back to eating more junkie types of foods, to use up my points at the end of the day. We'll see what tomorrow brings. That may determine if I go back to core or stick with flex a little longer. At least I'm using up some of the goodies I had stashed away!
