I knew it was gonna be a bad weigh in. I just feel fat. I didn't go over my weekly points, unless i miscalculated the weekend. Also, i had a kettle corn for lunch, i'm sure it's got sodium in it. Duh. So maybe i retained some water, too.
I'm contemplating trying flex for this week. Maybe i can get some cravings for junk out of my system that way.
o, yea, i was up 1.4, to 184.4.
