Just losing mostly what I already lost, but guess it's better than a gain or a maintain. And i did it on flex, eating lots of junk! I did overdo tonite, had a steak salad for dinner, then came home and had a ww muffin, popcorn, ww latte ice cream bar. Had a 6+ pt bfast, too, a ww bagel, banana and more than 1 TBL. peanut butter. But i had weelys to use, and tomorrow start fresh. I'm going to stick with flex for the next week. I need the portion control.
