Marie, my leader, weighed me in and looked at my chart and said it's a good, consistent loss. I guess she's right. If i hadn't blown it last week and gained almost a pound! Tonite, down 1.6. Just shy of the 35 lb. mark. Geez, will i ever get there?? It just seems sooo slow.
I was almost ready to switch back to flex if i didn't lose tonite. So, maybe i should just try to limit my portions more.
