I'm doing this journal for my fellow dieters here on aol. i want to be able to post some pictures and get some feedback, but don't know how else to do this. So here we go:

Here I am in 2004 and 2005, doing Atkins and at my lowest weight, 175. I was wearing a size 12 jeans and pants, mostly size small for tops.
I don't know why after this picture in the white outfit I decided to balloon up. But here I am just 10 months later, in 2006:
all i can say is "yuk".

Am i even bigger? I wasn't weighing at all by this time, I knew it would be too depressing.
Here are pictures from August 2007. I assume I was around 220. I started weight watchers Sept. 19, and that is what my starting weight was.
Triple yuk!
