ABC Wednesday

Yay! A new meme. ABC Wednesday. Wonder if I can come up with a different flower for every letter of the alphabet. I'll start with
A is for Astilbe. I have the white one, a pink and a purple. They bloom sequentially, the white one blooms first. They get prettier every year!

Can you think of an "A"? Then come on over and join ABC Wednesday!

    I've never had any Astilbe. It's one of the many plants my husband characterises as 'leggy'. LOL! It's so pretty though, I may have to plant some anyway. ;)

    pretty! I never heard of Astilbe; it will be fun to see if you can come up with a flower for all the letters of the alphabet :)

    I love flowers, both garden and wild. I have a lot of wildflower pictures on my blog. I have a couple of pink astilbes in my garden but mine are not in bloom yet. Everthing is later here.

    I thought they looked a little like mini christmas trees also. Very pretty I've never seen one of those before.

    So pretty...do they smell nice too? They really do remind me of a flocked xmas tree.
